The Mind The Gap Advisory Board

The Mind The Gap Advisory Board upon which Dame Judi Dench, Dame Helen Mirren and Roger Rees presently serve, provide direction, guidance, and practical assistance to Mind The Gap Theatre and The Anglo-American Repertory Company.

The Mind The Gap Board of Directors

The Mind The Gap Board of Directors will provide oversight, direction, guidance, and practical assistance to the officers of MTG. They shall act to insure all aspects of our organization conform to, and are regulated by, best practice procedures for the not-for-profit theatre sector. They shall act responsibly to administer good cooperate governance, making sure MTG is a fiscally sound, financially viable, properly administered organization run for the mutual benefit of the British and American theatre communities.

Active Board of Directors as of April 2010:

Nicholas Allison

Kristin Costa

Nan Lyons

Dan Remmes

If you are interested in learning more about serving on our Board please email us here.

An Anglo-American Community

It takes a community to build an Off-Broadway Theatre. That's why we are really keen to set-up a community of British and Anglo-friendly actors and writers in New York City - a network, if you like, where we can meet up and discuss how we can help you develop work, and show you how we develop ours. This is a serious appeal to bring together an Anglo-American community of professionals.

They'll be regular meetings, workshops, discussions, all of which will be posted up on our web site plenty of time in advance. We would like to stress that we're not aiming for an exclusively British 'club'. If any American or other overseas actors have a particular interest in British culture, plays and working with British accents - and live in NYC - we'd welcome your involvement. They'll also be workshops to work on British history, culture, dialects and accents.

Do please check our web site regularly for the venue of this first gathering or sign up for our e-mail list to keep informed of upcoming productions and events.
