for new British work.
- Our theatre will be a living cultural bridge between Britain and

- We can’t do it without you! That’s why we need your help.
Whether you are a private individual, run a small business, or work for
a
great corporation---whether you are in the US or in the UK, or
both---there
are ways for you to help our theatre. Please read the information

below, then contact us and we’ll tell you more about where your money
will go
and what you can expect in return. With your assistance, we can build a
bridge
to Britain on the New York Stage!
Donating to Mind The Gap Theatre
Your support of MTG will allow us to find, develop and produce great
new
British writing Off-Broadway. It will also help us to develop a wide
range of
educational services focused on British history, theatre and culture
throughout the tri-state area.
Mind The Gap Theatre is a not-for-profit organization which has filed
for 501
(c) 3 status with the Internal Revenue Service with help from The
Edmond de
Rothschild Non-Profit Assistance Program and Volunteer Lawyers for The
Arts.

A Gift of Appreciated Securities
Your gift to Mind The Gap including appreciated securities, which you
have
held for more than one year, are free of any capital gains tax. The
amount of
your gift is the full fair market value of the stock on the date of
your gift.
Grants and Sponsorship
Mind The Gap is dedicated to developing innovative programs and
partnerships
with foundations, cultural organizations, corporations, schools and
not-for-

Planned Giving Program
There are a number of ways you can help Mind The Gap while decreasing
your own
income and estate taxes. Please consult your estate planner to see
whether
the options briefly described below are right for you. Such gifts
would
remove retirement benefits and life insurance from your taxable estate.
A Gift In Your Living Will Or Trust
You can make a charitable bequest to Mind The Gap and give the gift
that keeps
on giving. All bequests are free of estate taxes.
Employer Matching Funds
Does your company have a matching gift program? Many companies will
double or
triple an employee's contribution to an organization. You can find out
if
your company has a matching gift policy by contacting your Human
Resource
Director. Please make sure to include a matching gift form when you
return
the contribution form to Mind The Gap.
