Hiya! Welcome to the virtual home of Mind The Gap Theatre! Those of you who follow Off-Off Broadway Theatre may know that over the past five years we've been busy with more than thirty new productions, readings and workshops, more than half of which have been new British works.

New British writing presently makes up about half of all new published theatrical writing in the English language, and certainly some of the best new theatrical writing in any language. Mind The Gap Theatre is committed to developing and presenting the best new British work here in New York and in presenting exceptional yet unknown new American voices in the UK. As our Advisory board member Judi Dench says, “its important work,” and we are proud to be doing it.

As Artistic Director, I will be responsible for ensuring that each of the plays we produce on either side of the Atlantic will be of the highest quality.
